This is a Partner WOD – Partner #1 will perform the work listed above. Partner #2 will run 400m with a sandbag (45/25). Once Partner #2 returns from the run, Partner #1 will grab the sandbag and begin their 400m, while Partner #2 continues work wherever #1 left off.

In place of our normal Team Saturday workout we will be honoring some heroes with the 31 Heroes WOD. Don't let this scare you folks....there will be scaling options available wherever necessary. Also keep in mind that this is supposed to be a long slow grind of a workout. Hero workouts are notoriously difficult because they are meant to honor people who have given their lives for our country. The thrusters are SUPPOSED to feel heavy. Rope climbs are supposed to be hard. Remember those who have given everything as you do this WOD tomorrow.
Reminder - Sunday at 8AM is our first Yoga class. You'll probably need some good stretching after this tough WOD, so I expect to see you all there!
