This one is going to require a little strategy on your part. The goal is to move as much weight over 20:00 as possible. Don't be tempted to start out too heavy though. Those burpees are going to get you good and winded. Plus, burpees make everything else just a little harder. Start out at a weight you know you can sustain, and if you're feeling like you got a little left in your tank, throw some more weight on the bar!
