7.7.12 Team Saturday Workout

Another week, another amazing team Saturday! Last week, Drew and Mike were our winning team! Will they defend their title? Will they cave under the tremendous heat? Will they both decide it's too hot and go to Dairy Queen for blizzards instead? The suspense is just killing me!
Here's our workout for tomorrow's Team Saturday:
In teams of 3:
15:00 AMRAP of:

3 Power Cleans (60/45)
6 Push-ups
9 Box Jumps (24/20)
5:00 Rest
15:00 AMRAP of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Burpees

*1 partner working at a time
*must complete a full round each time
Just a reminder to our Little Flames parents - this is our last class until after labor day. We'll get the next session on the calendar so you can start reserving your spots! Tell your friends, tell your neighbors...Little Flames is THE place to be with your kids on Saturday mornings! Where else can you leave your kids for an hour and come back to find them with red faces and sweaty heads? It's not only great exercise for your kids, it's also a great life skills building!
