Well there guys, we're off to the great northern woods for the weekend. It'll be 4 days of peace, quiet, relaxation and recharging our CrossFit spirits! While we're away, some of our assistant coaches are going to be filling in for us at group classes. We realize this isn't optimal, but due to some last minute scheduling issues, our regular coaches weren't available. Here's what I need from you guys. We're looking for feedback. Good feedback. Bad Feedback. ANYTHING you guys want to share with us about how our assistant coaching staff did while we were away. You'll be emailed a survey after attending their class and PLEASE fill these out 100% honestly. We can't help these guys be the best coaches they can be without your help!
