I'm not gonna lie....today's WOD is not a very flattering workout. It involves 60' of bear crawls in which your rump faces high in the air and you try and keep your legs as straight as possible. Flattering? No. Fun? YES!

Some of our teams got over 22 rounds this morning! HOLY MOLY! Only one person works at a time, and each person has to complete a full round by themselves before their partner can start. It was actually a totally fun partner workout! One tip for the evening classes - if you guys have gloves, WEAR THEM. There are a few extra pairs of gloves on the shelf below the book cabinet, feel free to help yourself and protect your hands on those bear crawls.
LAST REMINDER! Tomorrow is our outdoor adventure WOD-a-QUE! We have a bunch of teams signed up, so it should be great. There was some conflicting information but the time is 11AM, and we are in shelter D. Even if you aren't going to WOD, you can still join us for some fun! We're going to get the grill started around noon, so bring something meaty to throw on the grill. YAY!
