If you're a fan of the clean, then today is like Disneyland! Check out the picture of Mark squatting. There is a lot of awesome going on in that picture. He keeps the bar deep against his throat and rests it across his shoulders. He's put a lot of work into improving his wrist flexibility, especially after a few injuries. Nice rack, eh? He is also sitting back on his heels and driving his knees out while sinking below parallel. His squat looks so good in this picture that there could actually be unicorns flying around him.
Today is a great day to practice catching your cleans in a full squat. Think about a fast change of directions - don't hang out at the top waiting for the bar to come to you....PULL yourself under the bar into a squat. If you can master this, you too can have unicorns flying around you while you clean!
