Hello hip flexors....come here often? Tomorrow's workout is definitely a test of your overall hip explosiveness and power: kind of like the 2:00 row on Tuesday. In case you were wondering about Tuesday's power test, we want to see scores of around 2.0 or higher for men, and 1.7 or higher for the ladies in high level athletes. This is a good indication of how powerful you are relative to your weight. George absolutely CRUSHED this workout and scored 2.53. This just shows that George isn't carrying around any extra weight that hinders his power output. If you didn't score as high as you would have liked don't fret! You'll see this little power test again.....
