Yep, you read that right. This WOD has 200m RUNS in it. With hurricane Sandy blowing, and the November air starting to creep in, I definitely recommend wearing some layers. Whenever there is chilly running paired with pull-ups I like to wear long sleeves that I can sneak my hands into during the runs. That way, when I get back inside I'm not trying to grip the pull-up bar with ten icicles instead of fingers. If you have something with a hood, EXCELLENT, otherwise wear a hat to cover your ears. That wind can give you a nasty ear ache if you don't protect yourself!
