10 russian step-ups (each leg)

Do NOT underestimate this little workout! It's going to get your heart rate up, your head sweaty and your muscles quivering! Ok, that's a little over dramatic....but this is an amazing workout. Definitely don't miss this one!
The Russian Step ups are meant to work the powerful explosive power that your hips contain. It's important to focus on stamping the working leg down, and driving ONLY with the working leg. Try not to rock forward and let your back leg help out too much. If you have to use a shorter box to make this possible, then rock on!
