Well it's finally Friday! We made it to the weekend! Hopefully you kids are having fun at the Fort while we are enjoying a little weekend getaway. A HUGE thanks to Zach and Josh for covering classes! You guys ROCK!Here's what our Friday WOD is (7/20/12)

I can only imagine how much fun you guys are going to have with this WOD! I mean, anytime you get to do animal imitations during a WOD you know it's going to be craze-balls.
Last Saturday Scott and Jamie won the championship belt and it got me thinking....have we ever had a husband/wife Team Saturday champion?? I don't think so. I know Garth, Audra and I won the belt once....but that was more of an awkward 3-way than a true husband wife champion. Congrats to the Michelau's for their outstanding performance!
Reminder - tomorrow is the Amanda Miller Memorial WOD. This will take the place of our regular team Saturday WOD. It's not a team WOD, but it will still be great! And not to worry, I climbed the ladder and re-attached the broken ring, so we're all good to go for muscle-ups!
