Double Reminder: There will be no classes this Saturday, January 30th, as we will be in Madison for a rowing competition.

Phew. That's a lot of reminders.

I wanted to thank everyone who came for our nutrition discussion on Saturday. I didn't count, but I was told that we had around 40 people present. Just for the record, that's the most people we've ever had in the Fort at one time. I saw some new faces, but didn't have an opportunity to introduce myself and welcome you to the Fort. This is kind of late, but WELCOME!

What did you guys think of the nutrition talk? Did you get all your questions answered? If you're still unclear on anything, please don't hesitate to call or email.

I have to give a shout out to your CrossFit Fire Games hopefuls. They came in on Saturday and did THREE WORKOUTS. I'm sure all of you are familiar with how you feel after completing even one workout in a day....now imagine doing 3 workouts within 5 hours. It takes a toll on the mind and the body, and your games hopefuls did phenomenal! They are busting their butts and training hard so they are ready for sectionals. We are hoping for a complete sectionals DOMINATION!

  • So... about the *double reminder*... When are we leaving for the rowing competition? Are we meeting at the Fort? Are people carpooling? Or are we all just kind of winging it?
