Getting Started

Free Intro Class

Feeling brave? Motivated? Interested? GREAT! Getting started at CrossFit Fire is very easy. We offer a FREE introductory class most Saturday mornings at 10:00am. Sign-up now!

Our FREE intro class will begin with one of our coaches taking the class through a group warm-up. This will be followed by skill work based on the movements needed for the workout that day. Once everyone is comfortable with these movements, the workout will begin. Everything will be done at YOUR pace and at YOUR fitness level. The class will conclude with a short Q&A session. You can expect this class to last approximately 30 minutes.

Don't worry though, if a Saturday morning won't fit your schedule, we will be more than happy to set-up a private introduction at your convenience. Simply contact one of our coaches to get started.

Ramp-up

Everybody is required to complete our Ramp-up program before joining any of our group classes. Ramp-up will familiarize you with the equipment and movements that we use at CrossFit Fire while also gradually exposing you to the intensity of our workouts. Ramp-up consists of 6 classes over 2 weeks and attendance at all 6 classes is mandatory. To ensure that all participants get the coaching attention they need, there is a maximum number of participants allowed in each Ramp-up. Be sure to register early!

If our Ramp-up schedule does not fit your schedule or if you would prefer to complete Ramp-up sooner, please contact us to schedule your private Ramp-up sessions.

Anyone with previous CrossFit experience who would like to test out of our Ramp-up program should contact us to schedule an appointment. The cost for testing out of ramp-up is $35.

Group CrossFit Classes

Upon your successful completion of Ramp-up, you will have access to all of our group CrossFit classes. Simply visit our online store, choose the membership that best suits your individual needs and sign-up.

Unlike other gyms where the typical membership process involves dazzling you with equipment and getting you to sign an iron-clad contract with full knowledge that you will rarely, if ever, use it, CrossFit Fire gives you the freedom to come and go as you please. There are no up front joiner fees or contracts. If at any time you need to change or cancel your membership, simply log into your Mind Body Online account and do so. It is that easy. Any changes you make will be effective immediately.

The reason we do this is because we have absolutely zero interest in taking your money for something you aren't using, or by coaching members who feel they are being imprisoned by some sort of contract. We strongly believe in the programs we are offering and your experiences at the Fort will be what keep you coming back for more, not some iron-clad contract.

Private Training

If you are severely de-conditioned, have significant health or orthopedic issues, don’t care for group classes, or have very specific goals, you will need to schedule personal training sessions. These will be private, 1-on-1 sessions tailored specifically to you as an individual. Because of the tremendous amount of resources invested in you as an individual, we require a 12 session commitment when signing up for 1-on-1 training.
