If there's one thing I know about workouts like this, it's that your hamstrings are kind of going to LOVE IT! Make sure you're not being a Sandbagger Sally on those rows. There is a 3:00 rest built in there so that you get some recovery before the deadlifts and wall balls. Get after those rows!
I was at the Fort and something completely amazing happened - Jenny got her first unassisted pull-up!!! Even more spectacular than the fact that she got her first pull-up was that she did a second one right after it! Nice job skipping right past getting 1 pull-up, and getting 2!! Over achiever.
