Getting Started

STEP 1

FREE INTRO

Your free intro starts with a tour of our facility. We’ll also take some time to learn more about your background, current level of fitness, and your goals. Then we’ll tell you about CrossFit Fire, how our program works, and answer any questions you might have. Lastly, we’ll put you through our baseline assessment workout.

STEP 2

PRIVATE ON RAMP

Nothing is more important to us than your health and safety. There are some complicated movements we use in our group classes. Foundations is designed to teach you the proper mechanics behind what we do. This will also give us an opportunity to address any injuries, health concerns, or range of motion issues you might have. You’ll learn how to safely participate in group classes and get the most out of our program!

6 x 30 min individual sessions for $150

STEP 3

START YOUR MEMBERSHIP

Once you’re finished with your On Ramp sessions you can join group classes and start your membership.
