I must have been the best wifey in all the land to have deserved these last 3 workouts. Snatches, cleans and double unders?? If I didn't have a calendar I'd swear it was my birthday! Who else is loving our programming these last few days??
Ok guys, the clock is ticking. There are only TWO DAYS REMAINING to sign up for the Whole Life Challenge Worldwide. You have until 9/14 to be part of this amazing challenge! This one is NOT to be missed! I promise it's easier than some of our better body challenges we've done. All you need to do is show up on Saturday morning at 9AM, get measured, do a COOL 9:00 AMRAP, and you're set. For the next 56 days you'll be scored based on how clean you're eating and how well you're living a healthy life. Think of this as a way to score your entire life...not just score your WODS! Jennie: This programming is great. Not because it is tailored to my strengths, but because I am getting beat up on a daily basis. Looking forward to this one.

Double unders are probably more fun if you can actually do them!!! Box jumps plus burpees was hella hard! (then again I'm coming off 2 vacations where I drank martinis and "ate like an asshole" so that might be part of the problem too
)
