We had our pre-game huddle on Friday for the Whole Life Challenge. There were a few questions about signing up friends and family. The challenge is designed to be accessible to EVERYONE. There are "scaling" options for the challenge that even allow kids to participate. If your F&F are intimidated by the workout, don't worry....there are alternate workout options.
