It’s real simple….burpee box jumps and sit ups…

Ok, this workout shouldn't be too hard....it's written on the board and it's REAL simple:

15:00 AMRAP
10 burpee box jumps (24")
20 sit-ups

Just get as many rounds as possible in 15:00. (evil laugh) Matty Lohmann got 10 rounds, plus completed 10 burpee box jumps. WHOA! Brittany got the same as Garth, but plus one sit-up.

We got to see Julie for the first time in a while - WELCOME BACK!!

  • Due to family Christmas celebration we weren't able to make it into the gym but actually found a couple step ladders at 24 inches and did this at my parents house. I suffered through 5 rounds prescribed and my little brother exacted his Jackie revenge by getting 8 rounds.

    ouch!
