Do you guys remember the last time we did Jackie? It was 7/6/12 and it was 110 degrees outside. No joke. ONE HUNDRED and TEN degrees. It was almost impossible to hang onto the pull-up bar, and it felt like you were breathing pudding. In the good news department, tomorrow we will have half the degrees, so hopefully we'll have twice as fast times!
If I was to give you any advice on this workout it would be to breathe, stay consistent and use your hips! Let's shake up the record board again!
