		<description>Grocery shopping is an adventure now. I start out fine, filling my cart with veggies, grab some grass fed milk (so excited to find it at Joseph&#039;s) and then I race through the rest of the store feeling like everywhere I turn &quot;they&quot; are trying to poison me. It&#039;s an odd feeling to pass by all the food I thought was &quot;healthy&quot;. I&#039;m on week 5 and feeling much less like a heroine addict with my sugar cravings.</description>
