2:00 Thrusters (70/50)
2:00 Box Jumps (30/24)
2:00 Hand-release Push-ups
*1 person working at a time
What a wonderful way to start September! I love team workouts that are done in teams of 2. For some reason I find myself "hiding" in workouts with 3-4 people per team. It's a Jamie trick. She taught me to take lots of water breaks.
When it's just the two of us, mano-y-mano, man to man.....it's GO time. Time to push and have fun! Plus there's double unders in this workout. BOO-YAH!
Reminders - Next Saturday is the first class of our Little Flames Kids Class

! It's $75 for 8 classes with our amazing coach Sammi. She'll get your kids sweating and having fun!
