400 KB Swings (24/16)
*1 person working at a time
Scaling
2 Push-ups = 1 HSPU
1 Wall Climb = 2 HSPU
Another reminder - next Saturday is the start of our next Little Flames session. We need at least 4 kids registered to make this happen, so get registered right away if you'd like to participate. I mean....I hate to be bossy....but DO IT.
