Our legs have worked SO HARD, haven't they? Time to give them a little vacation. Well....it's a vacation that includes burpees, but it's still better than all those back squats!
Don't under estimate this workout. If there is any part of your being that is tempted to say something like "3:00 of burpees, is that all?" I beg you to think twice. It's like saying "beetle juice" 3 times. It automatically turns something simple into something awful and hard. I'm only going to say this once......DON'T SANDBAG YOUR BURPEES. AND DON'T SAY "IS THAT ALL".
