Ah, what a glorious weekend we had! The weather couldn't be beat! The leaves are dancing across the grass, pumpkins are smiling from front porches, and halloween is right around the corner! There is a stack of invitations to our annual halloween party on the ledge at the Fort. This is a super amaze-balls party and you're all invited! Hopefully we'll see you crazy kids for a little fun outside of the gym next Saturday at 7PM!

Over the weekend Nicole went down to CrossFit Chicago and represented us at their Barbells 4 Boobs event and took 1st place for the ladies with a time of 2:07! Atta girl!

We also had a great turnout at our rowing clinic. Now take all that super new form and start banging out those extra credit rowing WODS!
