WOD Dessert - 3 sets of 8-10 barbell ab roll-outs

DECISIONS, DECISIONS! The WODFather is letting you choose either C&J or snatch for the strength. They're both so amazing, how will you decide??!! My recommendation is to choose the one you struggle with the most. It's natural to choose the one you like the most, but a 20 minute skill session is probably best spent working drills on your weakest lift.
