Starting at Shelter C each team will have a 50 air squat "buy in". Both partners can be working at the same time.
Run to the "hill of doom"
HILL OF DOOM. Each partner will perform either a reverse bear crawl up the hill, OR a partner carry.
*Only 1 partner can be working at a time.
**Partners do not have to choose the same option
Run to the Boardwalk
BOARDWALK - Partner Wheel barrel walk across bridge
Run to Overlook
OVERLOOK. 50 "box jumps" onto the rocky bench.
*Only 1 partner may work at a time
Run to Grassy Field
GRASSY FIELD. This is a follow-the-leader station. Each person will do:
30 Kettlebell swings
*Person B follows Person A
**You may not advance to your next movement until your partner finishes (no passing your partner)
***Example: Person A starts burpees while Person B waits. Once A starts KB swings, B can start burpees. B has to wait to start KB swings until A finishes their KB swings.
Run to Meadow
MEADOW. 50 partner med ball sit-ups
Run to bend
BEND. Both partners run backwards until fork
FORK. Turn forwards and sprint home!!
