Outpost Crossfit Labor Day Weekend Throwdown

I just learned of this event a few days ago and wanted to get the word out about Outpost Crossfit (2755 Delany Rd, Waukegan) hosting a WOD on Sunday, September 2nd.  There is going to be some friendly competition, food and some Crossfit gear from Gear 212.  For those of you that don't know, Outpost Crossfit has been a fantastic supporter of the Hero WOD's we have every month at Crossfit Fire. You could help me show some of Crossfit Fires support to them by either being a spectator and cheering everyone on or by going through the WOD. Either way it sounds like a good time and a good chance to interact with other Crossfitters from around the area. If anyone wants to carpool I'll be leaving the fort around 9:30am.  I hope to see you there!

    @Beth: I don't know what the WOD is but like all WOD's it can be scaled. So yes you'll still have life in ya ;-)
