CrossFit Fire’s group coaching is perfect for those looking for a supportive community that works together to become healthier and happier. Classes are offered Monday – Saturday and each one is an hour long. In those 60 minutes, you can expect to get in a daily dose of strength, cardio, endurance and more – all aiming to turn you into a stronger, more efficient human.

Individual Program Design

Individual Program Design is the most effective way to meet your goals. Whether you are an elite athlete looking to take your performance to the next level, someone new to taking their health and fitness seriously, or anywhere in between we can help.

No Worries, No Long Term Contract!

This program will walk you through the basics of CrossFit – from posture and form to lifting and cardio. You’ll get 6 fat-blasting workouts, along with weekly emails, at-home workouts, and our Custom Kickstart Paleo Meal Plan. By the time you’ve finished your kickstart, you’ll be ready to tackle the group classes with confidence.

Fitness For Kids

Looking for a way to get your kids active? Well then, they’ll love the classes we’ve designed specifically for children up to nine years old! Classes are 45 minutes in length. We’ll hang, swing, jump, move and lift light weights. Best of all – we’ll send your kids home with red faces and sweaty heads. Shhh…don’t tell them they’re exercising!
