Personal Training is for those with special needs, limitations, specific goals and can accommodate nearly any schedule.

  • 60 minute Personal Training Session: $60/ hour –
  • 5 sessions = $300
  • 10 sessions = $550 (discount)
  • 30 minute Personal Training Session: $30/ per half hour
  • 5 sessions = $150
  • 10 sessions = $275
