Well what do we have in store on this fine Wednesday?? Oh just an AMAZING and fun workout! If you get to the Fort early, I'm definitely going to recommend you spend some time rolling your shoulders on a lacrosse ball. This workout is very shoulder heavy and good mobility before the WOD is important. Be the ball....be ONE with the ball.....
