I was searching for a video demonstrating good form using a heavy kettlebell and I came across this video. This lovely chap is using a 32kg kettlebell and he's doing a Russian Swing (swing just to the chin, not over the head). Originally I was just going to keep looking for another video, but then I listened to what the camera lady was saying. "What's that camera lady? You have some cues on his form? Some words of encouragement perhaps?" Oh no....she shared something MUCH more insightful. Take a listen.

(heavy breathing) "Ow. It's very well buying these dresses that come just above the knee. The bottom of my legs is entirely covered in bruises."

DYING LAUGHING! Ok, that was a silly tangent. Sorry for that.
