Anyone who knows me knows that the snatch is my favorite lift. FAVORITE. It's right up there on my list of best things ever along with chocolate peanut butter ice cream and foot rubs.

The snatch is an elegant and explosive dance requiring good timing, precision and strength. Think of this lift not as something you "learn", but as something you take years to master. Here's a disturbing snatch video that Bill made when I was 30 weeks pregnant. I'm not sure why I thought it was a good idea to do that without a shirt on....just sayin.
