"till the cows come home"....this is something my Dad used to say all the time. Apparently it means that something is going to take a long, long time. Does anyone know where that saying came from? It's such an odd thing to say.....

ANYWAYS. Tomorrow is another testing day - this time for our back squats. Last week when we tested front squats there were a bajillion PR's. I can only imagine how many PR's there will be for back squats!

The sign up sheet is up on the events board for our Outdoor Adventure WOD-a-QUE. I believe I may have given a teeny bit of bad info though. I said in our video that we are in shelter C, when in fact we are in shelter D. Get your team signed up! Another point of clarification - you are welcome to attend the BBQ even if you aren't participating in the WOD. Hope to see you all there!

Jennie- until the cows come home - nice Scottish saying!! If I remember correctly origin based on when farmers would let the cows out in the spring to craze and they would not come "home" until winter when they food ran out and they needed fed. Well you did ask :)

  • I think I am going to enjoy my birthday WOD, now to just go to bed before 3-4a.m so I can make the 9a.m. class and I'll be all set!

  • Sure... I leave for a week and you do all these 1rms: front squat, snatch, and back squat? It's freaking torture!!!!
