"till the cows come home"....this is something my Dad used to say all the time. Apparently it means that something is going to take a long, long time. Does anyone know where that saying came from? It's such an odd thing to say.....
ANYWAYS. Tomorrow is another testing day - this time for our back squats. Last week when we tested front squats there were a bajillion PR's. I can only imagine how many PR's there will be for back squats!
The sign up sheet is up on the events board for our Outdoor Adventure WOD-a-QUE. I believe I may have given a teeny bit of bad info though. I said in our video that we are in shelter C, when in fact we are in shelter D. Get your team signed up!
