MONTHLY SPECIALTY CLINICS
-Each month, our members can enjoy a complimentary clinic put on by the coaching team at CrossFit Fire to help develop a different skill or barbell movement.
-Our highest priority is the quality of coaching that our clients receive. We seek out the best of the best in the area so that our members have access to coaches that can provide the best training. Our staff is dedicated to continuously developing their fitness knowledge and expanding their inventory of awesomeness. Small class sizes mean you’ll get individualized attention for every WOD so your form never falters and your questions are always answered.
-At CrossFit Fire, we love being part of McHenry and we do our best to immerse our fitness family into the community. We regularly host and participate in area events – from competitions and fundraisers to outdoor adventure WODs and good old fashioned barbecues. When you join the gym here, you’ll meet a group of really great people, all working towards the same goal.
-We get it. Taking care of the kids takes time – but we want you to have time to work on yourself as well. That’s why we offer complimentary onsite childcare. Get your WOD in while the kids enjoy the children’s room, monitored by a professional staff member.
