Step #1 – Free Consultation

Come in and see why your neighbors voted CrossFit Fire one of the BEST gyms in McHenry County! Your free consultation starts with a tour of our facility. We’ll also take some time to learn more about your background, current level of fitness, and your goals. Then we’ll tell you about CrossFit Fire, how our program works, and answer any questions you might have. Lastly, we’ll put you through our baseline assessment workout as well as a thorough movement and mobility screening. The whole process takes about an hour.

Step #2 – Private Foundations

Nothing is more important to us than your health and safety. There are some complicated movements we use in our group classes. Foundations is designed to teach you the proper mechanics behind what we do. This will also give us an opportunity to address any injuries, health concerns, or range of motion issues you might have. You’ll learn how to safely participate in group classes and get the most out of our program!
