Awh....there's no strength work? (sniff....sniff) Don't cry my dearies. You're still in for an amazing workout! Running and double unders will be a fantastic and magical treat!

Is Jenni sad because there's no strength work? HECK NO! She's sad because she had to taste her barbell a little bit on Saturday during Grace. We had a lot of people go through this RX for the very first time and she was one of them. On about rep 5 she took a barbell off the face and did a little damage to her lip. The good news is that she kept going like a trooper! (all her teeth are still intact) AND she finished in 3:47 which is an amazing time for this workout! Thanks for being so tough, Jenni. You = my hero!

  • Omg!! I love this!! I did feel like I was quite the warrior to finish grace with blood on my arms from my lip!!! I love how supportive everyone is , and we all cheer each other on! Sammi your a funny girl!!! Kelly - he would have cheered us all on because we were ALL amazing!!! I personally love how Nicole kneels down to cheer others on!! Super personal :-)
