*Get vertical and off ground on burpees

Alright, none of those sissy fake hops with your burpees. Today we're looking for an ACTUAL jump. No need to be 10 inches in the air, but I should be able to get a phone book under your feet. (Does anyone even remember what a phone book looks like??)
