Know what I'm thankful for? That yesterday's workout is OVER. Ugh.
"Angie"
100 pull-ups
100 push-ups
100 sit-ups
100 squats
Every time I see this WOD coming up in our programming I cringe. My hands hurt just LOOKING at this WOD! I wish I had the magic answer for how to do 100 pull-ups, and not end up with aching hands. Chalk, no chalk, gloves, no gloves, butterfly kip, gymnastics kip...none of it seems to matter. If you're going RX'd on Angie, you can expect to have sore or even torn hands.
Thank you to everyone who came out and started their turkey day at the Fort. It means a lot to me that you guys make time for a workout even on a holiday. I'm thankful for each and every one of you! MUWAH!
Happy Thanksgiving!
