300m Run
9 Power Cleans (80/60)
6:00 Rest
3 Rounds of:
300m Run
30 KB Swings (32/24)

*everyone chooses to be either a Zombie or a Living Person
*all Zombies will start the workout 2:00 after the Living Persons
*if you are a Zombie you must catch at least 1 Living Person during the WOD or you will be assessed a 25 burpee penalty after the workout
*if you are a Living Person you must avoid being caught during the WOD or you will be assessed a 25 burpee penalty after the workout
