Is it just me, or do the people in this picture look a little lost?? They're wandering aimlessly around in the rain carrying dumbbells almost like they forgot where to put them.
It made me giggle a little bit.
I just added an event, and I'm really excited about it. It's the first annual CrossFit Fire Outdoor Adventure WOD-A-Q!! If you're wondering what it is, it's an amazing Team WOD competition followed by a BBQ. Mmmm......meat on the grill! Save the date - it's going to be Saturday August 18th! This event is open to athletes of ALL skill levels!
