Well guys we are 6 weeks into the Whole Life Challenge. Are you fizzling, or are you thriving? If you have fallen off the wagon now is a great time to re-commit yourself to the challenge. There are still 3 weeks to kick some butt and make the big changes in your life. Maybe you stopped recording your points. Maybe you can't keep your hand out of the Halloween Candy. Know what? WHO CARES. Just pick yourself up by the boot straps and finish what you started! At the end of the day I don't give a rat's ass how many points you get in the challenge...all that matters is that you made an honest effort to change the way you take care of your body.
Now, onto this week's challenge! This week's challenge is to run for at least 10 minutes every day. Your running can either be skill/technique work, or it can be your workout for the day. It's like a two-for-one! It's your weekly bonus AND your 10 minutes a day of exercise! No excuses guys, let's do it!
I know, I know. I can hear the collective groans. I realize you all have cars for a reason, and that some of you would rather dunk your head in a bucket of piranhas than to run....but it's just one week. 7 days. 70 collective minutes of running. (Hey, I'm the lady who owns a "running sucks" t-shirt) Let's start this week strong guys, and end the challenge with a BANG!

That one lonely cheer you heard came from Waukegan...
George probably did too.

Running is simple run 5-10 minutes one way then turn around....its like 4 songs if your listening to music. Also a good way to loosen up before mobility.
