Welcome – Clark Dendinger!

New coach day! New coach day!

Ladies and Gentlemen let me introduce you to our old buddy Clark! Clark has been a part of the Fort family since way, WAY back in 2008. He came blasting into the Fort with amazing flexibility, super jumping powers, years of experience as a trainer, and a universally liked personality. It wasn't hard to tell then (or now) what a great addition to the family he would be.

In July of 2009 Clark came to California and competed in the CrossFit Games as part of our first ever affiliate team. He's the tough guy in the visor all the way to the left. Recognize a few people in that picture?? Ah...the memories!

It is my pleasure to introduce him to you as an official member of the CrossFit Fire coaching staff! We are lucky to have him, his talent and his extraordinary coaching eye as part of our team. Let's show him all the warmth and welcome-y-ness that the Fort is famous for!

GROUP HUG! (cheek pink) WELCOME TO THE FAMILY!

  • Congrats and welcome Clark! When will Clark be teaching? I only see him on the schedule for Monday...

  • Thanks Jennie!! I can't wait to get started! Melissa, with my strange schedule as a firefighter, I'll be coaching all different days of the week. As time goes on, I'll be able to schedule things about a month out, but for now, it's week by week.

  • Did you finally move back up this way Clark!? People are going to be very happy to have you as a coach! Great athlete and great teacher!

  • Welcome Clark! I just left the Fort last week to have my baby in FL, but looking forward to meeting you next May when I return for the summer.

  • Great to meet you Clark! Thanks for pushing / encouraging me yesterday! GREAT instruction!
