Mmmm.....I love dessert. And you know what? Dessert loves me! Only problem is that we're all wrapped up in our Whole Life Challenge Worldwide, and there's not really an option for dessert. So instead of getting my dessert in the kitchen I'm going to get it in the gym! More specifically, I'm going to put in extra credit work after each WOD and I'm calling it WOD Dessert. Mmmmm.....Yummy!
