YES! Double YES!

When I looked at the programming doc to write my post I said "YES! It's heavy jerks tomorrow!" and then I read the WOD and said "YES! There's double unders tomorrow!" Boo-yah! What movement in tomorrow's workout makes you say "YES!"?

WOD
In teams of 2, complete 4 rounds each of:
10 Toes to Bar
20 Hand-Release Push-ups
30 Double-unders (75 singles)
*1 partner working at a time
*complete an entire round before switching

I have to say guys....I was a little worried that our WOD-a-QUE was going to have a poor turnout. As of Thursday there were only THREE teams signed up on the sheet. Imagine my surprise when 18 teams showed up to participate! We had perfect weather, the workout went exactly as planned, and everyone seemed to have a great time. Thank you thank you thank you to everyone for coming out and making this a spectacularly fun event. It's definitely going to become an annual event! And congratulations to Tony and Claire for being our fastest team of the day! Claire - I still can't believe you carried Tony up the hill!!!
