Sunday was our very first Yoga class at the Fort and it was amazing! We had a great turnout, and Nicole is a truly wonderful instructor. Yes, there was some giggling, but overall I think everyone really enjoyed it. It was a serene and wonderful way to start our Sunday, and I hope next week you'll join us! Turns out Dan is the GENIUS. It was 14 ladies and him.....just sayin'.....
Another big thanks goes out to everyone who participated in the 31 Heroes WOD on Saturday. This is a grueling workout but you guys did great. For a few of you, this was your very first time climbing the rope. And your second, and your third....I saw a few good rope burns on some legs. It's always best to climb in long pants, or at least some tall socks! (I know, I know....better late than never)
