You guys are absolutely CRUSHING it this week! I don't think I've ever seen so many PR's in one week before. Seriously guys....you're amazing! You should all be really proud. And even though Zach doesn't write his workouts down, we're pretty sure he MAYBE set a big floor press PR. Maybe. :-) Let's keep this streak alive and CRUSH our deadlifts tomorrow!
